We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected physician based in Turkey to join our team as a Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your local network and expertise to secure contracts from institutions in Turkey, enabling them to send trainees to our host institutions for paid fellowships facilitated through Trialect. Responsibilities: Utilize your extensive network and connections within the healthcare sector in Turkey to establish relationships with local institutions, including hospitals, universities, research centers, and medical societies. Identify key decision-makers within these institutions and engage with them to promote the benefits of participating in Trialect fellowships. Present Trialect's value proposition, highlighting its unique opportunities and advantages to trainees and institutions alike. Negotiate and finalize contracts with interested institutions, ensuring clear terms and conditions are defined for the fellowship programs. Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the fellowship programs, providing necessary support and guidance to the participating institutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in the healthcare sector, particularly in Turkey, and provide strategic insights to enhance our fellowship offerings. ELIGIBILITY Medical degree with active licensure to practice in Turkey. Extensive experience and network within the healthcare sector in Turkey, including connections with hospitals, universities, and other medical institutions. Proven track record of successfully securing contracts or collaborations with healthcare institutions. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and advocate for Trialect's offerings. Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple contracts simultaneously. Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
