Prof. Dr. Zahid Iqbal is PhD in Pharmacology with more than 15 years of biomedical R&D experience. He is an HEC Approved PhD Supervisor in Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences. Also he is Associate Fellow and Associate Young Scientist of Pakistan Academy of Sciences. Govt. of Pakistan (Ministry of Science & Technology) has awarded him Research Productivity Award in year 2018 and he was ranked 3rd amongst all health scientists of Pakistan. Dr. Iqbal has supervised many MPhil and PhD students and won several extramural research grants from different funding agencies. He has published more than 35 research articles in international peer reviewed journals and represented Pakistan worldwide at different international forums/conferences. He is a renowned expert of research methodology and research grants writing and has conducted several workshops internationally. He is a member of more than 10 international research societies/organizations and working on editorial board of many peer reviewed journals. Also, he is Editor in Chief of Asian Journal of Agriculture and Biology, an HEC recognized and ISI/Thomson Reuters indexed international journal.
