Tracey Cho is Clinical Professor of Neurology, Vice Chair for Education, and Director of Neuroimmunology at The University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.

He received his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude and his Master's degree in the history of science from Harvard University. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, and subsequently completed his residency training in neurology at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. At the Massachusetts General Hospital, he was also fellowship trained in general neurology with a focus on neuroinfectious diseases and neurorheumatology.

Dr. Cho has been widely recognized for his outstanding teaching and efforts in medical education; he received the coveted A.B. Baker Teacher Recognition Award from the American Academy of Neurology in 2014. He is widely published in neurology in the realm of HIV neurology and neurorheumatology; he has contributed numerous educational treatises as well.
