I am a medical doctor, public health specialist and AI practitioner. I am passionate about digital health and leveraging on AI and the mobile platform to improve health outcomes, reduce health spending and democratize health care.
I am currently a team lead on the clinical/epidemiological component in a large cluster randomised study evaluating spatial repellents for vector control against Malaria. My roles also involves innovation/implementation of digital health solutions to improve the efficiency of the trial.
Additionally I am planning & implementing AI research aimed at increasing access to health care (currently in maternal health in the field of computer vision)
