Dr.Shafi obtained his MD/PhD in Medicine and Neuroscience at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine. He then completed his Neurology residency at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2010, followed by a 2-year Clinical and Research Fellowship in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at MGH. He is now an Assistant Professor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Berenson-Allen Center for Noninvasive Brain stimulation.
