Dr.Incio was a former medical doctor with a passion for new technologies and design of next generation models of care. He also holds a Ph.D. in molecular medicine, with a postdoctoral research fellowship at Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Hospital in the fields of metabolism, immunology and cancer, has led cross-functional teams of academic and medical experts over 12+ years of research in molecular medicine and oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, with several patent applications and scientific publications in top journals. 

More recently, he was a senior partner at a medical education start-up in Boston; a lifesciences strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and Project Manager for the Imperial Consulting Group, with expertise on digital healthcare developing clinician facing solutions and improving care delivery models; and Associate Medical Director for Global Strategy at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Currently, hold a position of Principal, clinical trial optimization at Sensyne Health

The reason behind his transition from practicing clinician to physician-scientist, consultant and now in healthtech is because he is eager to make a long-lasting contribution to society by improving health care delivery and patient outcomes. He is a deep believer in the role that digital healthcare has to play in improving healthcare.
